Position of the land

Land for sale (939,25 square meters) in the traditional village of Batsi in Andros, Cyclades. Also, the public authority has already approved a design of an outdoor cinema/theatre and office buildings with basement and garage.
There is possibility of modifying the office buildings into studios. Otherwise, we can undertake a new project.
The site is about 30 meters far from the beach of Batsi and about 500 meters from the center of Batsi.

Renovation & extension to an old house in Batsi, Andros

The project is the construction of an extension to an old house in Andros, Cyclades. Also, the old house will be renovated. Solar panels will be placed on the roof of the building.
